When combined into DF-VirtualDBA™, our customers are allowed to utilize DF-Mentor™ hours towards DF-OnCall™ and DF-PM™ usage as well as project efforts. Instead of simply answering questions, solving problems and offering examples of what programming is required, DF-VirtualDBA™ customers can also use the prepaid hours of DF-Mentor™ towards any project work that Data Futures has been contracted to work on. In this manner, your prepaid services help reduce your overall consulting budget.

In the same manner, hours you pre-purchase for DF-Mentor™ can also be used against your DF-OnCall™ and DF-PM™ usage, reducing any chance for overage on that service. An additional advantage comes from the fact that we will set your DF-OnCall™ and DF-PM™ hourly rates to the same rate as your DF-Mentor™ purchase. The DF-Mentor™ rates are the least expensive we offer. This can potentially be a huge savings to you.

As with all of our services, you buy time in blocks of hours. You choose the DF-PM™ frequency and databases/instances to maintain and the DF-OnCall™ level that best suit your company. As always, you can change the level of support for the upcoming months any time you desire.
