DF-OnCall™ is designed to help you through these emergency situations with just the right support for your needs. Pricing reflects the availability you desire as well as for the amount of prepaid hours you wish to commit to in order to reduce your costs for support when you use the service. The hourly cost for each level is applied to prepaid hours as well as any overage you incur during the calendar month. Thus, the more hours you prepay, the less expensive any overage becomes.

Business Level Support
  • Coverage from 9:00AM to 5:00PM ET Monday through Friday
