Data Futures has now branched out into Product Development. Our first foray was an immense success. Our next product has even more potential and promise. The future of Data Futures is now. A think tank where every month, 100 ideas are put forth. 95 are interesting but not feasible. 3 are possible and worth further study but 1 or 2 are fascinating, with immense potential and should be developed. Our Think Tank is where dreams can become reality... and some of our realities become dreams.

OnlineViolatoin™ was created in 2001 to be the world's first web-based Automated Traffic Enforcement system. Not "web-enabled" with a few functions accessible through the Internet, but an entire system ONLY accessible via a web-browser. Not an isolated feature that was bolted into a web browser, but a full system that depended on the Internet to allow all aspects of front and back office operations, data collection, auditting, reporting and total transparency of operations. Pay online, schedule your hearing online, plead your case online, capture evidence online, process incidents through the entire workflow online... everything is online.
OnlineViolation™ was first utilized by Peek Traffic in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, USA with great success. This was quickly followed by various installations throughout North Carolina including its capital, Charlotte. Peek Traffic utilized OnlineViolation™ with the State of Maine, Ohio and had test programs in various states and cities including Orlando, Florida.
OnlineViolation™ was eventually sold to Lasercraft, Inc. of Norcross, Georgia who has implemented the system in Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri and has great plans for the system. Data Futures continues to assist in the maintenance and production support of the product.
Our next endeavor is about to launch. VirtualWaitingRoom.com™ is a tool that once you've used it, you can't imagine what you ever did without it.
Our official explanation of what VirtualWaitingRoom.com™ is:
a technically enhanced blogging tool that facilitates communication during short-term medical events.

Confusing? A bit. But what it comes down to is this:
When you need to tell everyone how the friend or loved one is doing during surgery, birth or other medical situation, how do you do it without going crazy calling everyone, each time there is news? What if your cell phone doesn't have signal in the hospital or waiting room? What if its battery goes dead? What if you forget someone?!
Now you don't have to make calling circles, spend hours on the phone while not being able to support the person you are there for... the patient. Just setup your VirtualWaitingRoom (VWR) and post your information once! We'll inform everyone that there is a new message and they can come and read it when they want. Best of all, its completely FREE!
There are some wonderful technical enhancements that we've built into this product. Things that will make this communication even easier, faster, better! We can't tell you right now, but click HERE to sign up for our VirtualWaitingRoom.com™ Newsletter. We'll keep you informed about the launch and features and may even invite you to sign up for our Beta program and be one of the first to try it out!
